NaturEncore HP Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates as a channel partner for interior designer brands, helping users find the right brand match, unlock exclusive discounts, and receive support through the completion of their interior projects.

We do not directly sell or collect any payments from customers. All transactions are handled by the respective partner brands.

2. Nature of Services

• We act solely as a referral and coordination platform between customers and verified interior design companies.

• All pricing, project terms, warranties, and delivery commitments are agreed directly between the customer and the design brand.

• We do not charge customers for using our platform or services.

• Our revenue is derived exclusively through commissions from designer partners.

• All service support is coordinated via Intario’s Relationship Managers, who serve as liaisons for smoother communication and customer satisfaction.

3. Use of the Platform

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during any form submissions or communications.

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.

• Not impersonate others or provide false information.

• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform in any way.

4. Customer Information

• Customer data collected through forms is used only to connect them with suitable designer brands and provide project-related updates.

• We do not store your data beyond the purpose of the service, and it is never sold or shared beyond our vetted partners.

• All communication post-form submission happens via phone, WhatsApp, or email, managed by our assigned Relationship Managers.

5. Third-Party Products and Services

• All product and service responsibilities, including delivery, quality, warranties, and complaints, rest solely with the respective designer brand.

• NaturEncore is not liable for any losses, delays, or defects caused by third-party vendors.

6. Referral Program and Cashback

• We run referral bonus programs and cashback initiatives which are processed only after project completion.

• Cashback or referral amounts (like our ₹10,000 referral bonus) are issued as coupons that can be redeemed post successful project handover.

• We reserve the right to validate the completion and terms before releasing any reward.

7. Habitat for Humanity Contribution

• As part of our social impact initiative, a contribution is made by Intario to Habitat for Humanity India in the customer’s name after successful project completion.

• The customer receives a confirmation directly from Habitat, and no extra charges are involved for the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content including logos, designs, branding, and site visuals belong to NaturEncore HP Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

• No part of the website or its content may be copied, republished, or reused without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for disputes, issues, or non-performance by any designer brand.

• Our role is limited to facilitating a match and support process.

• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of this platform.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian laws. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
